Incorporated in 2012 as a closely-held California corporation, we’re licensed by the City of Los Angeles and the  California Department of Industrial Relations as a Garment Manufacturer.  EAP has successfully executed and performed contracts with private wholesalers, retailers, and with our local Fire Departments and the Los Angeles County USC Medical Center.

In some foreign countries, you may find unreasonable factory minimum standards and often, language barriers, preventing a mutual meeting of the minds to establish client expectations.

Instead, EAP provides wide-range garment manufacturing capabilities, with reasonable production-minimum standards, at a reasonable price. Together, with our friendly “bilingual” staff, we at EAP strive to provide our customers nothing but high-quality custom services in each of our garment solutions.

E & A Progressive is our expanding garment manufacturing company poised to redefine the industry by integrating training/educational and charitable segments within an already proven, and successful commercial outfit, manufacturing a variety of clothing and garments for wholesale, or retail. 

Conceived, founded, and headquartered in Los Angeles County for over four decades, we have successfully owned and operated EAP, and employed hundreds of skilled community members throughout the years.
